Lina Comes for a Vist

I can’t believe how fast the weekend went by; it was so nice to have Lina here. She is such a sweetheart and I’m glad we’ve been able to stay in touch over the last year. Unfortunately while she was here we had a HUGE snowfall, it’s been snowing for 48 hours and it’s still coming down. We didn’t get a chance to do Kalmar but that’s on the list for next timeJ Ladies night was a big success, the Vikings even pulled out a win to top it off!

I’m finishing up some last minute packing since we leave on our trip to Tenerife, Spain TOMORROW!! Baking up a storm, making sure Mr. sweet tooth has lots of goodies to eat while I’m away.

It will be a fun week away with Brenda, hopefully by the time I get back we will have our Sping/Summer plans sorted out and I will know where our next adventure will be!

Playing Catch Up

-Brenda (our other Canadian) and I booked a cheap last minute trip to Tenerife, South of Spain. We leave next Tuesday for a week, a girlie trip in the sun with no boysJ

-LINA, our first and most likely only visitor of the season is coming to visit!! Lina is our gorgeous Swedish roommate from last season. I can’t wait to spend the weekend catching up, eating junk food and taking in some hockey

-Friday night is Ladies Night at the rink: dinner, drinks and a Bik Bok Fashion show. Should be fun!

-Only 10 more regular season games left, where has the season gone?
